CONTINUING TAI CHI SUMMER CLASSES

CONTINUING TAI CHI. Designed for those who have had previous Tai Chi instruction, this new Spring class is scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., Wednesdays & Fridays, June 9th through July 30th. Continuing students will improve their practice, flexibility and coordination, and extend their knowledge of Tai Chi forms. $98 per person. Pre-registration required. Registration is closed for this summer session. Beginning and Continuing Classes are planned in the Fall. About the Instructors: Stan Barrett and Nadia Rubaii-Barrett have been practicing and teaching various forms of martial arts for more than 30 years. For the past 12 years, they have focused on Tai Chi. Stan Barrett, Ph.D, is a semi-retired educator, who teaches part-time at SUNY Cortland and teaches Tai Chi at the Cortland YWCA. Nadia Rubaii-Barrett, Ph.D., is Chair of the Public Administration Department at Binghamton University.
