The United Cultural Fund is a program of the Broome County Arts Council, which oversees the UCF Annual Campaign. Major UCF donors include the Broome County government, local foundations, corporations and businesses. The BCAC receives a 15% administrative fee for administering the UCF and distributes grants through a formal allocation process.
