"MAGICAL MOSAIC"
BROOME COUNTY ARTS COUNCIL will present "Magical Mosaic" with Susan Jablon and Emily Jablon of Susan Jalon Mosaics during the First Friday Art Walk, August 6, 2010 . Opening Reception from 6-9pm. Artist's Talk at 7pm. The BC Arts Council is located at 81 State Street in downtown Binghamton. Susan Jablon is a nationally-recognized Vestal artist. She will exhibit a number of mosaics and discuss the inspiration and the process that led to the creation of the recently installed community mosaic project "Rekindle Energy" on the River Walk Court Street in downtown Binghamton. "Rekindle Energy" is intended to inspire positive energy with its vibrant color. Enjoy the artist's talk, a slide presentation about the installation and then, before heading over to Court Street, across from RiverRead Books to see the glorious real thing. 6-9pm. # # #
